Ruth Rawlings, MD, is a double board-certified physician specializing in Gastroenterology. She has 19 years of training and experience in the medical field and is proficient in managing numerous gastrointestinal conditions. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterology Association.
Dr. Ruth Rawlings, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician and Gastroenterologist. She has over 16 years of medical training and 19 years of medical experience, including seven years at the Yale School of Medicine-Bridgeport Hospital Program. She was bestowed Chief Residency and received multiple awards for excellence in patient care.
She relocated to New Mexico in 2020 to find a career where she could do the most good, helping those who needed it the most. As the only board-certified Gastroenterologist in Otero County, she has provided exceptional and comprehensive care for thousands of patients in Alamogordo and surrounding towns.
She has expertise in managing numerous gastrointestinal conditions, including Celiac Disease, Decompensated Cirrhosis, Ulcerative Colitis, and Crohn’s Disease, Hepatitis C and Fatty Liver Disease. She is originally from Barbados and still has family there, but America is now her home. She is married, has a young daughter, and enjoys quality time with family, exploring new places, and enjoying the beauty of nature.

What can I access through the healow mobile app and Patient Portal?

How do I sign up?
Sign-up is simple and outlined in the steps above. You should receive a username and password from our practice via email that you can print out and customize after your initial login. Access can be made via any web browser, or through the smartphone app.
What if I forget my username and/or password?
The app and our Portal allow you to reset your username and/or password. You can also call the front desk and we can reset the username and/or password for you.
